It’s that time of year when most people focus on what they want to bring into their lives. As 2014 winds down, the promise of a blank slate seems that much more appealing.
Truth be told, a new start can be made at any time. It doesn’t have to be a new year, or a Monday. or the first of the month. The timing is irrelevant. However, there is one thing that will make all the difference whenever you decide to start.
In order to receive what the new year has to offer, you have to make room for it. So the question becomes, what are you ready to let go of? Bad habits, compromising relationships, complaining?
As 2015 makes its appearance, what has to leave so better options can come in?
