It’s the second week of the new year, and already there is temptation to settle back into pre-holiday patterns. Schedules resume and routines have returned. It’s easy to slip into habit.
Do not allow the promise of the new year to dissipate. If there was something you promised to change or improve, honor it.
You have to cultivate your relationship with change as you would any other type of relationship. Revisit your commitment and renew your pledge.
Creating a life you love is not a one-time decision. It is a choice you make over and over again. Be present to the moments where you feel weak and question your strength and ability. These are the times where you are susceptible to running on automation and continue doing the things you always have.
