Beware of the word “sacrifice.”

It sounds practical. Responsible. Noble.

But inserting the word can be convenient when it’s really something else keeping you from your desired expansion.

Choosing to play small isn’t a selfless or gracious act. It’s fear. Don’t get it confused.
