In the quest for a more conscious life, we have high aspirations for who we want to present as in the world. However, there will be many times that we miss the mark. Whether that is due to fear, or anger or a bruised ego, it’s certain to happen. We cycle in and out of awareness.
By accepting the fluctuation as part of the human condition, the potential for growth increases. There is less room for self-blame and self-judgment. Falling short becomes a catalyst for something better.

Even if invited to advise or participate, a supportive stance is favored over an authoritative one. Only the Divine knows what lessons they need to learn and in which manner. Your intrusion shifts both of your courses.
Allow others their own choices. Their journey is not yours to navigate.

Anger is an emotion that many are challenged to express healthily. Some mercilessly lash out, while others suppress. Choosing either of these options benefits neither the individual, or the often undeserving recipient.
The appropriate response is somewhere in between. It’s about being able to express the truth of what you’re feeling. Revealing that truth may temporarily hurt oneself or another, but simultaneously learn to honor your spirit which never intends harm.
Anger is as useful an emotion as any other. With awareness, it’s simply another form of guidance.
