Are you afraid for others to see you as you truly are?
We tend to guard our secrets and modify our stories as we see necessary. We fear being ostracized or being deemed unlovable.
Yet, it is only when you remove the mask that you have the opportunity to genuinely connect. Otherwise, the security you try so hard to ensure by hiding yourself is only surface level.
To create authentic, intimate relationships, you must drop all pretense. Only then do you stand a chance of cultivating the type of love and acceptance we all crave.

What is your relationship with your own aspirations? Can you be honest with yourself about what it is that you really want?
Some of us tend to downplay our own desires for several reasons. Perhaps we believe it to be arrogant or selfish to dream grandly. Perhaps we don’t think we deserve it. Maybe, we’re trying to avert the disappointment of not achieving it.
Know that your reluctance to admit your true yearnings will keep them unrealized. The internal discord will prevent them from coming to fruition.

Ideally, the majority of time would be spent in the space of joy while intermittently attending to necessary tasks.
Unfortunately, many of us have our lives set up in a way that disregards our needs. We spend a lot of time taking care of tasks before we can attend to ourselves. These joyless patterns keep us distant from our well-being. They keep us out of flow.
Look closely at the disruptors in your life. Where can you be more efficient or ask for help? How can you minimize your time in that state or can you cut it out altogether?
Alternatively, is it possible to find or insert joy into the disruption? Is there a hidden upside or can you add an activity that makes it enjoyable? (For example, business meetings that take place during a walk in the park.)
How creative and dedicated can you be about spending more time in flow than not?

Every moment of every day you have a choice. A choice to express your truth…or not. A choice to be at peace…or not. A choice to be aligned…or not.
It all comes down to whether or not you are attuned to what is. Can you be in the flow with what is before you?
As the teacher Abraham states, “Nothing you want is upstream.”
We have a choice to go in the same direction of the current. But let’s take a closer look at the word “current.”
Current means “flow.”
Current also means “now.”
What is your choice?
Tweet this: I choose to flow with the sacred current.

Our dreams are our guides. But far too often, we pledge to manifest them…someday. We set them apart from us using time as distance. We place them in the category of “what if” instead of “yes.”
We need to live in the same space with our dreams so that they infuse us with their power. So, here are the rules.
Regard them with reverence. They are sacred. But not so much that they’re placed on a shelf out of reach.
They’re yours to be cherished and experienced.
Tweet this: You honor your dreams by acting upon them.
